Raeann joined the Institute in January 2023 as Manager of Administration.  She is responsible for directing and overseeing administrative support services for operations, fiscal and budgetary planning and management, communications and public outreach activities and human resources. As a member of the management team, she also participates in strategic and operational decisions.

Prior to working at WEICan, Raeann worked in the public service in finance with the Treasury Board Secretariat for the Province of PEI.  This was after transitioning from the private sector in the seafood industry where she focused on procurement and finance.

Raeann holds diplomas from Holland College in Business and Sales Management and is currently completing her Bachelor of Integrated Studies degree at the University of Prince Edward Island.
