Abstracts due for 2nd Annual Canadian Wind Energy Network Meeting


The Canadian Wind Energy Research Network will be holding our 2nd annual meeting in March 2022. Once again, because of COVID-19 restrictions, the event will be virtual. However, we do hope that in future years the Research Network will become an in-person event held over two – three days.


Our second meeting will be a series of webinars with presentations of 5 or 15 minutes in the following research themes as they relate to wind energy.
 
Research Themes:
  • Asset Management
  • Grid Integration
  • Cold Climate
  • Forecasting
  • Offshore Wind
  • Wind Turbine Aerodynamics
  • Social and Environmental Integration
  • Other (e.g. Optimization Strategies)
 
Dates: Webinars will take place in March – detailed information about dates and times will be made available when they are finalized


Submission: Please submit the title and abstract of your presentation (100 words) by January 21, 2022
