Meher, an environmental science student at the University of Moncton, was an intern with WEICan from April to July 2013.

Meher has been in contact and said “Although there is no direct link between my actual or former job and my internship at WEICan, the experience that I gained and the technical knowledge that I learned helped me a lot in the few last years. I think the project management and statistical analysis skills that I developed during my internship at the Institute were particularly helpful.”

Meher has gone on to work with a geomatics, environmental consulting and aerial photography firm as well as with an oyster hatchery automating data acquisition.
