Shawn Shea joined WEICan in 2023 as the Manager of Operations. Shawn graduated from Holland College in 2007 as an Electromechanical Technician. After graduation, Shawn was immediately hired with the Vestas Continuous Improvement Management group where he travelled around North America performing upgrades to turbines already in operation. In 2009, Shawn transferred to the Vestas service sites in East Point and West Cape, PEI where he was involved with troubleshooting and major component replacement.
