Communications around North Cape site upgraded for testing program

In January of this year WEICan announced the results of two RFPs - Testing leading to Certification and Research and Development. In order to ensure that testing results are accurately recorded and are available remotely to relevant parties at all times as appropriate, site communications are being completely overhauled and upgraded.
The process of laying new fibre optic cables between the main laboratory and each wind turbine test bay began today. The operation is due to be complete by the end of May and at that time North Cape will have state-of-the-art on-site communications.
