PEI's WEICan is leading the way in wind energy development

The 2-page article provides a brief summary of WEICan's history and evolution and then moves on to outline the Institute's key areas of development and focus across its four main fields of activity (testing, research, development & demonstration (RD&D), technical consultation & assistance and public education.
