Karen Kinch
Manager of Administration

Karen Kinch was hired by WEICan (formerly the Atlantic Wind Test Site) in 1988. She has held a number of positions over the past 20 years which have provided her with experience in all aspects of the organization.

As Manager of Administration, Karen is responsible for directing and overseeing administrative support services for operations, fiscal and budgetary planning and management, communications and public outreach activities and human resources. As a member of the management team she also participates in strategic and operational decisions.
